How much space do I need to install a home lift in my villa in Qatar?

Al Maamoura’s home lifts are machine-room-less and can fit into compact shaft footprints. A typical round or octagonal home lift requires approximately 1.5 to 2 square metres of floor space, with no separate machine room needed. Our engineers will measure your villa during the site survey and confirm exact dimensions.

Yes. Al Maamoura specialises in retrofit installations for existing villas across Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, and Al Wakra. The Aresforti machine-room-less design avoids major structural changes, and external shaft options are available for villas where indoor space is limited.
